Everyone who works in your group can have a different role depending on what they need to work on.
Your group have 3 different types of roles. Only an admin can change someone's role.
Role overview of what a user can and can not do.

You cannot change the role of the administrator because there must be at least one administrator.
Please change the role of another user to administrator before proceeding.
